Six double-chocolate Easter brownies
This Easter, what about a box of our indulgent, double-chocolate brownies, hand baked to order here in Truro, and topped with mini chocolate eggs. They'll arrive in the post, neatly wrapped in parchment and in a secure box. It's is a great way to show someone you're thinking of them this Easter.
Better still (although you wouldn't know if from their gooeyness, they're gluten-free!).
Ingredients
Gluten-free flour, coconut flour, sugar, butter cocoa powder, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, lactose, lecithins (soya), vanilla extract), milk chocolate, free-range eggs, vanilla essence.
Mini eggs: sugar, milk, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, whey permeate powder (from milk), vegetable fats (palm, shea), milk fat, modified starches (maize, tapioca), emulsifiers (e442, e476), flavourings, maltodextrin, colours (anthocyanins, beetroot red, paprika extract, carotenes), milk chocolate: milk solids 14 % minimum, cocoa solids 25 % minimum, contains vegetable fats in addition to cocoa butter
These brownies keep for five days from posting, and freeze well too.
